Ingredients

coconut sugar

vanilla extract

scoop
pea protein chocolate

coconut oil
(or melted butter- reserve some to grease tin)

almond meal
½
cup
buckwheat flour
(or ordinary flour)
¼
cup
cocoa
(our fave is dutch processed)
pinch of salt
2
ripe bananas
(quite predominant taste so you can sub sweet potato or just 1 banana if you don’t like it)
½
cup
peanut butter
(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced
In a bowl mash bananas and whisk together with sugar, oil/butter and vanilla extract
Add flours, salt and cocoa powder- whisk
Grease baking tray and pour mixture
Use a spoon to add dollops of peanut butter and swirl in batter (optional)
Bake for 25-30 mins
Allow to cool and enjoy
