Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop pea protein chocolate
  • ½ cup coconut oil (or melted butter- reserve some to grease tin)
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • ½ cup buckwheat flour (or ordinary flour)
  • ¼ cup cocoa (our fave is dutch processed)
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 ripe bananas (quite predominant taste so you can sub sweet potato or just 1 banana if you don’t like it)
  • ½ cup peanut butter (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced
  • In a bowl mash bananas and whisk together with sugar, oil/butter and vanilla extract
  • Add flours, salt and cocoa powder- whisk
  • Grease baking tray and pour mixture
  • Use a spoon to add dollops of peanut butter and swirl in batter (optional)
  • Bake for 25-30 mins
  • Allow to cool and enjoy
