2scoopsProtein powder(any type will work as long as it is either chocolate flavored or unflavored.)
1Frozen banana
2tbpsFine ground Turkish coffee(Any coffee will do, but Turkish coffee works well as it is ground very fine.)
1/4cupChia seeds
1/2cupCrushed ice
2tspBlue agave for sweetness(optional.)
Instructions
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. You can (and should) tweak the ratios of the ingredients to fit your own personal tastes, as everyone’s is different.
