The Ultimate “Wake-Up” Chocolate Protein Shake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (unflavored)
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate mixture (Powder)
  • 2 scoops Protein powder (any type will work as long as it is either chocolate flavored or unflavored.)
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 2 tbps Fine ground Turkish coffee (Any coffee will do, but Turkish coffee works well as it is ground very fine.)
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Crushed ice
  • 2 tsp Blue agave for sweetness (optional.)

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. You can (and should) tweak the ratios of the ingredients to fit your own personal tastes, as everyone’s is different.
  • That’s it! Put that in a portable cup, grab your briefcase and head out the door. This shake tastes so good and is nutritious enough that you will start your day out right and take the world by storm. Enjoy!
