Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Dried apricot
  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 scoop Plant Protein of choice I use and recommend the Pro-Carob
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Place the dried apricots in a food processor and pulse until it becomes small chunks.
  • Add the protein powder and pulse until combined.
  • Add the seeds and pulse again until combined – you want the small pieces so it makes it crunchy
  • On a side plate, add the coconut and using your hands, roll the dough into small bass. After roll them on the coconut to give that extra flavor 😎
