Apricot Bliss Ball
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dried apricot
- 1 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1 scoop Plant Protein of choice I use and recommend the Pro-Carob
- 1 cup Shredded coconut
Instructions
- Place the dried apricots in a food processor and pulse until it becomes small chunks.
- Add the protein powder and pulse until combined.
- Add the seeds and pulse again until combined – you want the small pieces so it makes it crunchy
- On a side plate, add the coconut and using your hands, roll the dough into small bass. After roll them on the coconut to give that extra flavor 😎

They last for one week in the fridge
