Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe bananas mashed
  • 4 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp Almond (or peanut butter)
  • 2 scoops Rich Chocolate Protein

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking tray with baking paper
  • Mash the bananas
  • Combine wet ingredients then dry
  • Mix well and add walnuts on top
  • Set in the oven at 180C for 40min
