Brownies
Ingredients
- 2 Ripe bananas mashed
- 4 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Cacao powder
- 2 tbsp Almond (or peanut butter)
- 2 scoops Rich Chocolate Protein
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with baking paper
- Mash the bananas
- Combine wet ingredients then dry
- Mix well and add walnuts on top
- Set in the oven at 180C for 40min
