Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Almonds
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 4 scoops Double chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 Maple Syrup I use sugar free
  • 2 tbsp Light peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries no added sugar

Instructions
 

  • Blitz the almonds in a good processor until they reach a chopped consistency. Add all other ingredients and combine.
  • Roll into balls. You can roll them in extra coconut if you wish.Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to a week…. But they won’t last that long 😜You can also freeze them.
