Cranberry Chocolate Protein Balls

- Food Processor
Ingredients
- 1/4 Almonds
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1 cup Oats
- 4 scoops Double chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 Maple Syrup I use sugar free
- 2 tbsp Light peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Dried cranberries no added sugar
Instructions
- Blitz the almonds in a good processor until they reach a chopped consistency. Add all other ingredients and combine.
- Roll into balls. You can roll them in extra coconut if you wish.Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to a week…. But they won’t last that long 😜You can also freeze them.
