Ingredients
  

  • Vanilla Velvet Dry Cake Mix (Excludes Frosting)
  • Butter (Unsalted)
  • Pea Protein Isolate French Vanilla
  • Egg (Free range eggs)
  • Milk Lite White (Dairy Farmers)
  • Spices, Cinnamon, Ground

Instructions
 

  • slice and poach a whole apple in the microwave (keep the skin on or peel if you want an extra step).
  • In a bowl, mix your dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix your wet ingredients (best if the butter is softened, otherwise melt in the microwave).
  • Add the two together and beat until well combined
  • Place poached apple in the bottom of a silicone loaf tin (try to make it look pretty), and gently pour the batter over the top
  • Cover with foil and bake for approx 45 minutes until a skewer comes out clean

Notes

I used real butter, milk and eggs in this one!
I sliced into ten pieces, but really, who only eats one piece 🤣
