Apple Crisp Proats

Ingredients
- ¾ cup Oats
- ½ cup Plant Milk
- ½ scoop Pea Protein Powder
- ½ Chopped apple
- Handful walnuts
- Handful sultanas
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
- Start by caramelising the apples in coconut sugar on a non stick saucepan 🍎 then add walnuts and walnuts
- Add to proats- mix plant milk with oats over heat, once it becomes a porridge like consistency add protein + cinnamon and stir
- Serve together with extra cinnamon
