Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Oats
  • ½ cup Plant Milk
  • ½ scoop Pea Protein Powder
  • ½ Chopped apple
  • Handful walnuts
  • Handful sultanas
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Start by caramelising the apples in coconut sugar on a non stick saucepan 🍎 then add walnuts and walnuts
  • Add to proats- mix plant milk with oats over heat, once it becomes a porridge like consistency add protein + cinnamon and stir
  • Serve together with extra cinnamon
