  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • ice
  • a little coconut milk
  • 2 tsp maca till thick and creamy

Instructions
 

  • Simply blend a frozen banana, a scoop of your favourite vanilla protein, ice, a little coconut milk, 2 tsp maca till thick and creamy
  • Topped with crushed hazelnuts, cacao nibs and banana
