Protein Ball

Ingredients
- 10-14 medjool dates (pit them yourself, or buy pitted)
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup raw hazelnuts
Blend this together & then add the following
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 60-80 g Chocolate Plant Protein
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup activated buckinis (for that extra crunch and texture)
- 40 melted coconut oil
Optional add ins
- soaked chia & flaxseeds (more omegas to compliment the hemp in protein powder^)
- Maca powder (for an energy boost + hormone health)
- Pepita seeds
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- use a dash of plant milk to help mix*** you also won’t need a sweetener as the dates & protein powder combined are perf 👌🏽
- Pour some more desiccated coconut on a plate to roll the protein balls in it! Keep in the fridge – will last no longer than 5-7 days😉 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
