Ingredients
  

  • 60 g vanilla rice protein (pea protein)
  • 30 g oat flour (oats blitzed in a food processor)
  • 50 g almond butter (or other runny nut butter of choice)
  • 20 g sugar free maple syrup
  • 40-50 ml almond milk ((or milk of choice))
  • 20g g freeze fried strawberries (can also substitute for dried fruit of choice)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients and stir to combine
  • Pour in the almond milk and nut butter, and continue stirring
  • Fold through the chocolate chunks and freeze dried strawberries
  • Using your hands, start to knead the mixture into a dough, and using a rolling pin, roll flat onto a piece of baking paper
  • Place your dough in the freezer to set for up to an hour, before cutting into 6 bars. Keep chilled in the fridge
