Vanilla Dark Choc & Strawberry ‘ Quest bars’

Ingredients
- 60 g vanilla rice protein (pea protein)
- 30 g oat flour (oats blitzed in a food processor)
- 50 g almond butter (or other runny nut butter of choice)
- 20 g sugar free maple syrup
- 40-50 ml almond milk ((or milk of choice))
- 20g g freeze fried strawberries (can also substitute for dried fruit of choice)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients and stir to combine
- Pour in the almond milk and nut butter, and continue stirring
- Fold through the chocolate chunks and freeze dried strawberries
- Using your hands, start to knead the mixture into a dough, and using a rolling pin, roll flat onto a piece of baking paper
- Place your dough in the freezer to set for up to an hour, before cutting into 6 bars. Keep chilled in the fridge
