Vanilla Blueberry Blondies

Ingredients
- 85 g banana
- 150 g plain greek low fat yogurt
- 30 g rolled oats
- 50 g french vanilla pea protein
- 10 g vanilla coffee creamer
- 10 g baking powder
- 50 ml almond milk
- 50 g almond butter
- 80 g frozen raspberries
- 20 g white choc bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180*C
- Mash the banana and mix in the yoghurt
- Throw in the rest of the ingredients (expect the raspberries and chocolate) and mix well
- Fold in the raspberries and choc
- Place batter in a small lined baking dish
- Bake for about 35-40 mins in a moderate oven
- Allow to cool and slice
- Mixture makes 8 pieces
Notes
These turned out waaaay better than I hoped. It’s almost a banana bread kinda texture. And the perfect fudgy/ moist/ sweet combo!
