Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop pea protein chocolate
- ½ cup coconut oil (or melted butter- reserve some to grease tin)
- ¼ cup almond meal
- ½ cup buckwheat flour (or ordinary flour)
- ¼ cup cocoa (our fave is dutch processed)
- pinch of salt
- 2 ripe bananas (quite predominant taste so you can sub sweet potato or just 1 banana if you don’t like it)
- ½ cup peanut butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced
- In a bowl mash bananas and whisk together with sugar, oil/butter and vanilla extract
- Add flours, salt and cocoa powder- whisk
- Grease baking tray and pour mixture
- Use a spoon to add dollops of peanut butter and swirl in batter (optional)
- Bake for 25-30 mins
- Allow to cool and enjoy
